Management: Suno Gestora de Recursos Ltda..
Management and administration in full transition. Until May 27, 2026, the fund remains under the administration of BRL Trust DTVM (CNPJ 13.486.793/0001-42) and the management of Monte Bravo Asset Management Ltda. (CNPJ 34.877.615/0001-12, formerly Kilima Gestão de Recursos). From the market close on May 27, 2026 (Record Date) and the market open on May 28, 2026 (Transfer Date), administration passes to BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros DTVM (CNPJ 59.281.253/0001-23, headquartered at Praia de Botafogo 501, Rio de Janeiro) and management to Suno Gestora de Recursos Ltda. (CNPJ 11.304.223/0001-69, CVM authorized 12,124/2012). Control desk and bookkeeping are handled by BTG; treasury and custody by Banco BTG Pactual S.A. (CNPJ 30.306.294/0001-45).
Suno is the natural counterparty — the research firm that has created and managed the Suno 30 FII Index since KISU11's inception — now directly assuming management. Monte Bravo remains responsible for all acts until the Transfer Date; after that point, accounting and tax continuity falls to BTG. The next operational stop is the transaction described in item 2 of the General Meeting: the Fund subscribes to units of SNME11's 3rd offering, paying for them with its current portfolio, and is subsequently liquidated by delivering these units to unitholders. No further unitholder decisions need to be made — all subsequent acts have been delegated.
