What's New on Rico aos Poucos?
Rico aos Poucos has a brand-new look. As of September 25, 2026, the entire site runs on the updated interface featuring redesigned screens, easier access to information, and a navigation layout designed for mobile users on the go—without wasting screen space for desktop users. This is not just a color refresh; it includes hundreds of adjustments, page by page, with a single goal: helping you understand what you are looking at much faster.
The FII Screener: 40 Filters and a 0-to-10 Rating
The Brazilian real estate fund (FII) page has been transformed into a screening desk. It features 40 criteria—including dividend yields, payout ratios, price-to-book (P/BV), fair value, risk, 5-year projections, and more—with real-time updates showing how many funds pass your filter. Your custom selection can be saved as a link to keep or share.
Each fund receives a 0-to-10 rating measuring its quality based on dividend consistency, unitholder returns, management quality, risk, and financial strength. Share prices are excluded from this rating; instead, price is evaluated in the verdict, which answers the question: "Is it a buy right now?" Separating these two metrics prevents a fund from appearing artificially strong simply because its unit price dropped.
For investors who prefer not to build filters from scratch, pre-set selections are available: top FIIs, discounted funds, high-dividend funds, brick-and-mortar funds, paper funds, and a guide on how to choose.
Detailed Fund Pages with Complete Data and Verdicts
Opening a fund page now displays the most essential information first: what the fund is, its payout, its fair value according to our model, and the verdict. Below that, you will find tabs for asset portfolios, dividend history, debt levels, projections, and official documents—with clear explanations for every data point.
Price charts are also more precise. Previously, they tracked only closing prices; now, they display the daily high-and-low range behind the line. A day when a unit opened at 32, peaked at 36, and closed back at 32 no longer looks like a flat session.
Stocks received the same upgrade. The stocks page is now a screener as well, and "Stocks" has been added to the main menu directly beneath FIIs. Each stock page follows the same architectural layout as the fund pages: rating, fair value, verdict, and 5-year projections.
Market Thermometer: Sentiment on a 0-to-100 Scale
The Market Thermometer measures market sentiment reflected across financial media, YouTube, and social networks regarding Brazil, global markets, asset classes, and FII segments on a scale of 0 to 100. Alongside the news feed, a daily market indicator tracks prices, volatility, credit, foreign exchange, and interest rates, and any chart on the page provides access to historical sentiment data over time.
Asset Allocation and Performance Tracking by Rebalancing
The asset expectations page details our current allocation and rationale. Clicking on an asset class reveals its underlying thesis, and portfolio performance tracks every rebalancing decision: you can review investment outcomes in chronological order, benchmarked against the CDI, the Ibovespa, and the IFIX—each with a toggle button on the chart.
Optimized for Mobile, Scaled for Desktop
On mobile devices, the site is cleaner and more streamlined:
- Consistent headers and bottom navigation bars across all pages. The navigation bar hides when you scroll down and reappears when you scroll up.
- Shorter homepage. The home page length was reduced from roughly 10 screens to 7, featuring scrollable indicator and news strips.
- Continuous news scrolling, eliminating the "load more" button, alongside filters for Recommended, Site News, and Videos Only.
- Smoother page transitions between screens.
On desktop computers, the design philosophy is reversed: wide screens are not meant to stretch cards, but to display more information simultaneously. My Portfolio now utilizes a three-column layout per tab, articles feature a sidebar rail, and fund pages take advantage of screen width to place side-by-side what was previously stacked vertically.
Updates to the Homepage and Your Portfolio
The homepage now features Market Today, highlighting daily news tied to the assets you track, alongside a market sentiment card covering Brazil, FIIs, stocks, and crypto. Registered users can view daily changes across their personal holdings in a single line.
In My Portfolio, net worth is now broken down into three components—investments, personal assets, and liabilities—with total net worth displayed at the top. The performance chart allows users to select custom timeframes simply by dragging, and the My Account screen was redesigned from scratch.
Expanded English and Spanish Content
The visual overhaul launched alongside a robust release of translated pages: dashboards, portfolios, account management, commodities, asset managers, and planning tools are now available in English and Spanish, maintaining the exact structure of the Portuguese version. Portfolio artificial intelligence analyses are now generated in the user's preferred language.
More Updates Are on the Way
This release establishes the foundation. Over the coming weeks, we will continue rolling out new features built on top of the new interface—and we will announce each one here only after it goes live, not before.
